Pre-sale Conditions

Pre-ordering is a great way to reserve your products before they arrive at our warehouses. However, there are some conditions you should be aware of.

Arrival date

The arrival date is always an estimated date, which means it may be delayed for various reasons beyond our control. The reasons why products may be delayed include: delays at the printing press, delays at the port of origin, delays at the port of destination, delays at customs, truck delays, etc. As you can see, there's really nothing we can do about these reasons, so we hope for your understanding and ask for your patience when these occur.

We often import directly from a foreign supplier, so the delivery dates we commit to depend exclusively on our shipment and are for our store. Sometimes products will arrive before other stores, but other times later. We ask for your understanding in this situation.

Product value

The value of the product is estimated and may vary depending on global financial conditions, such as the rise in the dollar and euro, inflation, financial crises, etc. If the product arrives in our country with a price increase, we will try to maintain the agreed price. However, if the increase is significant, the customer will be informed and given a preferential price. They can then complete the purchase by paying the difference or cancel it and receive a full refund.

Sales and stock preference

All customers who make pre-order purchases will receive their products in order of purchase . Therefore, the sooner the purchase is made, the sooner the product will be received. If fewer units are received from our supplier than we requested, they will be delivered to customers in order of purchase. Those who do not receive their products will receive a full refund.

We understand this is not a desirable situation, however, the distributor may run out of stock. In this case, La Comarca Hobbies And Games may cancel your reservation due to non-arrival of your product or the distributor's out of stock . You will be notified via the contact information you provided. We will always do our best to ensure you receive at least one unit of each reserved product.

Orders with pre-sale products

An order with pre-order and available products will be sent in a single shipment. Any order containing pre-order products will not be sent until all products are available. Therefore, it is recommended that pre-orders be made as a separate purchase.

Order cancellation

Refunds will only be made within the first 10 business days after purchase as indicated by the consumer law for the right of withdrawal, after that NO refunds will be made .

When canceling an order that includes a pre-order product (within the 10 business day period indicated in the previous paragraph) , the refund will be issued within 30 days.
