What is Comarca Points?

Comarca Points is our way of thanking you for your loyalty. With this program, you can earn points on each of your purchases, both in our physical store located at Freire #670, Units 18 to 23, and on our website [tiendalacomarca.cl]. These points can be redeemed for exciting discounts on future purchases and exclusive rewards.

How to earn points?

  • Create your account and earn Comarca Points (Register): Do it and get 500 points as a gift!
  • Follow us on Facebook and Earn Comarca Points (Like us on Facebook): Become a fan and earn 100 points.
  • Follow us on Instagram and Earn Comarca Points (Follow on Instagram): Follow us and add another 100 points to your balance!
  • Earn Comarca Points on your birthday (Birthday Reward): Celebrate your special day with 100 extra points.

How to redeem points?

Redeeming your Comarca points is as simple as purchasing your favorite products. Here are your redemption options:

  • Online Store Redemption (Discount Amount): For each point, enjoy a $1 discount on your online purchase.
  • In-store redemption (Discount amount): Get a $1 discount for each point redeemed in our physical store.
  • Free Shipping: Redeem 5,000 points and get free shipping on your next order.

Current tier list

In addition, we have established special levels for the most committed members:

  • Hobbits: All registered users start at this level. Accumulated points DO NOT expire, so they will always accumulate points for life with any purchase made on our website or in person, in addition to welcome activities. Likewise, all those enrolled in our points program who make at least one purchase will receive the following benefits:
  • Silver Human: Reach 30,000 points and achieve "Silver Human" status. Having this status gives you automatic access to the following lifetime benefits:
- From this level, you begin to accumulate 1.5 points for every $100 you spend in our store.
- 1 Free Shipping per month (every month you will get free shipping on your purchases).
- Gift of 3,000 region points upon reaching this level.
- A 3% discount on all purchases made on our website or in person. (Applies to other discounts.)

- From this level, you begin to accumulate 3 points for every $100 you spend in our store.

- A $15,000 gift redeemable in your birthday month. (Every year)
